Core principles of healthy gaming habits
Entertainment is the goal
Always think of gaming as a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Every game on rbazee is designed for fun and excitement, so put enjoyment first in every session. If at any point you feel pressured to win, taking a break is the wisest decision. Chasing lost money by placing more bets is never the solution. Peace of mind and time spent with family are always more important than gaming.
Set a budget
Set a clear budget before you start gaming and never spend beyond that limit. Only use money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life. Never use money set aside for rent, food, or essential family expenses for gaming. Avoid gaming with borrowed money or debt entirely. Keep track of every transaction and review at the end of each month whether your spending is balanced.
Stick to your time limits
Extended gaming sessions reduce focus and decision-making ability, which can lead to losses. Set a specific time limit before each session and use a timer. Take regular breaks — at least 15 minutes of rest every hour is recommended. Make sure to leave enough time for family or friends, exercise, and other hobbies. If gaming starts to interfere with your work, sleep, or social life, that is a cause for concern.
A chance to know yourself
Staying aware of your own gaming behavior is the first quality of a responsible player. If you feel uncomfortable or anxious when not gaming, that is a warning sign. The urge to chase losses by placing more bets after losing leads down a harmful path. If you find yourself hiding the extent of your gaming from loved ones or lying about it, please seek help. Self-awareness and timely action will keep you healthy and happy.
Protection tools available for you
Set deposit limits
Rbazee allows you to set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once activated, the limit takes effect immediately; however, increasing the limit is subject to a waiting period to ensure the decision is well-considered. You can manage this limit at any time from your account control panel. Protecting your finances is not a weakness — it is a sign of good judgment. If you need any assistance setting a limit, our support team is always ready to help.
Break & Cooldown Mode
If you feel you need a temporary break, you can suspend your account activity for a set period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During the break, no login or deposit will be possible, but your balance will remain fully secure. While on a break, you can focus on family, health, and other interests. Activating cooldown mode means taking care of yourself, and we respect that decision fully. After the break ends, you can extend the limit again if you choose.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is causing serious problems in your life, you have the option to take a long-term break through self-exclusion — from a minimum of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. Once self-exclusion is active, access to your account by any means will be blocked and no marketing messages will be sent. It takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be cancelled during the exclusion period. Your balance will be returned at the end of the period. This step takes courage — and we fully support that decision.
